A unique opportunity to play a key role on the accommodation team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of retreat accommodation. Role requires a high level of administration skill, and ability to multitask under pressure and supervise volunteer assistants. Tasks include preparing all retreat accommodation for guests, responding to enquiries via email & phone, taking group & casual guest bookings, maintaining weekly booking sheets, supervising volunteer team to ensure the high level of retreat room standards are adhered to. Training to start ASAP, then fully stepping into the role 22/4/17. 18 volunteer hours per week with an additional 12 hours paid each week.
