Support Finance Manager on daily activities.
– Input invoices on the system Xero
– Issue basic financial reports
– Reconcile accounts: Paypal and credit cards on Xero
– Process refunds on Paypal
– Take care of some cash flow
– Help with Payroll
– File documents
– Advanced English language skills
– Advanced Excel skills
– Good knowledge of Microsoft office package
– Basic accounting knowledge but good with numbers!
– Organized, Pro active
18 hours volunteer hours that can be done between 4 to 5 days/week.
Start ASAP. Current assistant is leaving Beg. of June so we need a week at least for handover.
