To know who you are, where you come from and where you are heading, is to acknowledge those who have gone before you, the lesson learnt, the gifts received and the ability to share life experiences with others is the most humbling honour and privilege I know.
To promote wellbeing one must promote mental wellbeing, physical wellbeing, spiritual wellbeing and encompass whanau and their wellbeing. If any of these ‘well beings’ are not healthy then you are not healthy as a whole person.
