Dean WickendenDean is passionate about natural health and healing. He has travelled and studied with renowned masters in the Chinese, Tibetan and Indian healing and spiritual traditions. Starting with yoga in his teenage years he quickly discovered the benefits of balancing body, spirit and mind. His aim is now to bring this knowledge to other people in order to help with suffering such as physical pain, stress related problems (tension, insomnia, anxiety, depression, etc) and other health related issues. Dean uses a holistic healing approach that focuses on harmonising the energy in the body which leads to greater vitality, optimal health and mental wellbeing. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual and may include Acupuncture, Acupressure, Herbal Medicine, Diet Therapy, Moxabustion (heat therapy), Massage, Yoga Therapy, Qi Gong and Relaxation Techniques.

Tibetan Yoga of MovementEvery Monday morning 7.00 - 8.00 pm
Tibetan Yoga of movement is a dynamic form of yoga that consists of unique series of positions and movements, combined with conscious breathing. It is a superb method for attaining optimal health, relaxation and balance through breath and movement.
Yin YogaEvery Monday evening 5.30 - 6.30 am
In this class the practice is to deeply relax physical tension, increase our vital energy and to gain a calm, clear mind. Yin Yoga is based on Chinese Taoist yoga. The postures are held for a longer period of time in a relaxed way. On a physical level it deeply relaxes tension in the body. Blockages in energy or Qi are released resulting in greater vitality, mental calmness and clarity.
