Ninettepracticed yoga for many years and finally took the plunge to deepen her practice at Uttara’s 200 Hr Kriya/Tantra Teacher Training Program with Jill Loftis and Katie Silcox in 2014. During her training she was heavily involved with Crossfit and noticed a very distinct difference of what most athletes could do in a yoga class versus traditional “yogis”. That is when she knew she wanted to bring yoga to athletes. Her training has continued with learning therapeutic style yoga and myofascial release techniques. Her classes tend to be upbeat, open and a bit different than traditional classes. She enjoys challenging the mind and body with poses and que’s that are a bit different than the norm and most of all she loves to have fun with her students. She can be found teaching various styles of yoga to include the aforementioned yoga for Athletes, Restorative, traditional Hatha 1 & 2 and Beginners.
