Martina started practicing yoga in 2011 when she first arrived in Australia from Italy. She has achieved 500 hrs Yoga Teacher Training (Level 1,2 and 3) and Certificate IV in Yoga in Byron Bay, the spiritual hub of Australia.
Yoga has taught Martina many things, the practice itself showed her that life is a continuous transformation as an amazing process of growth. Using the discipline is an opportunity to downshift, to reconnect to the present moment and especially to be kind to herself.
Martina is passionate about anything related to health and wellness, she loves studying nutrition and enjoys cooking. Tireless reader and runner in her free time, she usually enjoys practicing a stronger style of yoga. Martina also includes pranayama and meditation in her own practice to deepen her connection with her inner self.
