Keong, like most of us, invested most of his life reaching and obtaining dreams and goals that he assumed that would make him happy but found the opposite. After many years of being frustrated he decided to find what really makes people happy and found the heart strategy. He has a background as a yoga teacher, an academic and as a business consultant.

Long day? Or week. It is almost over and a good time to relax. Over the years Keong has been finding new ways to do hi most favorite things relaxing and meditating, would you like to join him? He use a mixture of techniques that he has been trained in and experienced around the world.
Bring along something to lay on, a blanket and something to cover your eyes.
