Ashtanga Yoga
Every Sunday morning 9.30 – 11.00 am
Yoga is Multidimensional and most of today’s yoga classes doesn’t cover the entire range of yoga experience. One may concentrate more on asana (physical yogic postures), without understanding that this is the third step of the eight limbs of the Patanjali Yoga Philosophy. The Ashtanga Yoga class gives you an insight on which are the first two steps and how it plays an important role in shaping a person and the society we all desire to live in.
The entire session gives you an introduction to train the Mind how to get the right emotion and breathe during the practise of Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Mudra and Bandha. The Yoga session is an interactive one where your limitations are considered and it’s choreographed to suit your requirements. People from all walks of life may participate and share their experience.
