Yoga Nidra for stress management
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that systematically releases tension from body, mind and the subconscious. It is traditionally performed in a lying position (Shavasana) and takes about 30 minutes. It is the key practice for this weekend. Ceremony Woods will talk to the technique and give inspiration how to integrate effective relaxation into everyday life. Yoga Nidra is an effective tool for stress management and has multiple health benefits. Retreat participants receive access to an audio file as a take-away.
