Pragyadhara will be your chaperone through the practice journey, tuning in and intuiting the group space, pausing where we need to and at other times diving in deeper. It is my privilege to hold a space of deep enquiry for you to tap into and awaken your own innate intelligence, to remind you of the way back to what deep down you already know.

Join me in this immersion to find your centre, manage the mind, awaken intuition, build your personal practice and connect with others on the yogic journey. Open to all.

Explore a day of ancient yoga techniques aimed at the modern mind to help practitioners to re align awareness and connect with their true authentic essence.

Stepping into meditation can be daunting. What is meditation? Where to start? Which technique? How does meditation link to other yoga practices? Through personal exploration of a few core practices you will discover those which work best for you on their own and combined with others.

The meditation practices will be built upon and balanced with hatha yoga asanas and pranayama, Yoga nidra – deep relaxation, mantra chanting and space for reflection. The day will end with uplifting kirtan.
