In this class by Dean Wickenden the practice is to deeply relax physical tension, increase our vital energy and to gain a calm, clear mind. Yin Yoga is based on Chinese Taoist yoga. The postures are held for a longer period of time in a relaxed way. On a physical level it deeply relaxes tension in the body. Blockages in energy or Qi are released resulting in greater vitality, mental calmness and clarity.
