In this foundation course you will learn the principle practices of Mindfulness coupled with an understanding of how the mind and emotions operate.
This is course is led by the founder of the Awareness Academy, and the program delivers evidence based practices that combine traditional mindfulness techniques with the latest in research in modern psychology and neuroscience.
