Learn about safe alignment, postural imbalances and how to break down the barriers in establishing a self led practice. Learn the principle of awareness and how to integrate techniques ‘off the mat’ to counteract stress and tension. Be informed and inspire yourself to improved health and wellbeing that is lasting, empowering and fun.
Beginner friendly classes with close guidance, take home tools and ongoing support. Suitable for all levels. Mats and equipment supplied.
*General public $20, Retreat guests staying on site $15, Residents $10 casual or discount on whole course block, Volunteers first class $7 thereafter 25% off on whole course block .
