Event Navigation
We start in the circle where we connect with ourselves and with each other. Together we create a safe space for movement and dance. We’ll have a guided yoga sequence with Sofi Key to warm us up. Thanks to Felipe Martínez Berbelagua we’ll have awesome music that will lead us into an ecstatic dance meditation. The event will take about 2 hours and is for free.
Please note that ecstatic dance events have some basic guidelines:
we let our bodies speak & do not talk during the dance meditation – any movement and meditation is welcome – we respect each other’s space & ask with a gesture before dancing with someone – no alcohol, no drugs – bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
