Learn the basics related to a broad range of yogic practices. A series of selected postures will be taught with modifications given, attention to alignment and breath integration. Guided breath-work and basic breathing techniques to correct poor breathing habits and balance the nervous system. Deep relaxation practice – yoga nidra is also included.  A systematic introduction to meditation covering preparatory postures for sitting and establishing the key principles of meditation in order to progress further. Friendly atmosphere, take home recordings and plenty of inspiration and motivation to get you going.
